LSU is better than its 7-5 record indicates having played in the toughest conference in the country while Georgia Tech is not as good as its 9-3 mark indicates playing in the weak ACC.  The Tigers won it all last season.  They are a proud team and they are not about to get embarrassed tonight. LSU is 4-1 SU and ATS in its last 5 bowl games thanks to superior defensive efforts and I expect to see another remarkable defensive performance in this game.  That is why I like the Under and the points.  Play Against – Neutral field favorites (GEORGIA TECH) – in a non-conference game between two teams from major division 1-A conferences, with an inexperienced QB as starter are 40-15 ATS the last 10 seasons.  Play Under – Any team against the total (LSU) – in non-conference games, off 2 straight losses to conference rivals, allowing 31 points or more are 38-8 the last 10 seasons.  Let your bookie have it.
