Even though the Black Widow is known more for his NFL handicapping skills, this is not a bad handicapper in college either and he proves it year after year by winning big money with his college football bowl picks. Colorado State is happier to be here than Fresno State. The Fresno State Bulldogs had high hopes of winning the WAC, but after a 7-5 season they are very frustrated and will fail to show up Saturday. Colorado State had little expectations for their football program, but the Rams won 6 games and are ecstatic to be in a bowl game. On paper, the Rams do not stack up very well against Fresno. But they are the more motivated team because they are happier to be here, and that’s more than enough reason to back the Rams Saturday. Fresno State is 2-10 ATS (-9.0 Units) in all games this season. The Bulldogs are 0-8 ATS (-8.8 Units) when playing on a Saturday this season. This team has underachieved all season, and they have no reason to show up Saturday because they are not happy to be here. Take Colorado State and the points.
