11-02-19 | Texas State v. UL-Lafayette -22 | 3-31 | Win | 100 | 96 h 13 m | Show
DMack early release NCAAF winner on UL-Lafayette This figures to be a complete mismatch from coin toss to final whistle. Texas State has one cover this year but most importantly for out purposes, the Wildcats are soft on run defense, No.128 in the FBS they'll face a Cajun outfit that has averaged 308 yards overland in it's L6 games (No.3). Texas State will have to move the chains fairly consistently to just have 20 minutes TOP. Lay it. |
11-02-19 | Utah v. Washington +3.5 | 33-28 | Loss | -120 | 34 h 21 m | Show
DMack's Pac12 Game of the Year winner is on the Washington Huskies Since losing to USC, Utah has won four straight while allowing 20 total points. They get a very different animal here in Washington which has had its moments good and bad this year. The Huskies beat Utah twice last year, allowing the Utes just 10 points. Just two return from that defense but UWub offense compensates with added fire power. Washington off a bye and Chris Peterson has been money in this spot. How good ??? With extra time, 18-0 SU and 11-7 ATS and we are getting more than a field goal. |
11-02-19 | Arkansas State -1.5 v. UL-Monroe | 48-41 | Win | 100 | 95 h 52 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Arkansas State Red Wolves Winner take all in the Sunbelt West with the loser out. Arkansas State has owned Monroe, winning and covering the L9 in the series. Red Wolves feature a dynamic duo in QB Hatcher (300+, 12-5 L4 games) and RB Murray (278 rushing yards L2) that should shred ULL stop unit at will. |
11-02-19 | Troy +1 v. Coastal Carolina | 35-36 | Push | 0 | 103 h 14 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Troy Trojans Coastal starts a sophomore QB making his third start and the Chants are 0-6 ATS at home vs. FBS teams and are 2-8-1 ATS in SBC play since joining the Sunbelt last year. Troy QB Barker has a big arm and throws for 333 per in Sunbelt play. Troy has won prior two meeting by an average of 24 ppg. and strong Trojan run defense should lock up Coastal team that runs better than 60% of the time. |
11-02-19 | Akron v. Bowling Green -6 | 6-35 | Win | 100 | 103 h 37 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Bowling Green Falcons The Zips are winless, coverless, on a current 3-14 run against the points and rock the No.129 ranked offense in the FBS. Bowling Green is 9-1 L10 in the series but lost in this matchup last year. The B.G.'s get top QB back here and have shown signs of life at times. Asking the Falcons to win by a touchdown and they have no excuses. |
11-02-19 | Michigan -18.5 v. Maryland | 38-7 | Win | 100 | 100 h 21 m | Show
DMack Bully Beat Down winner is on the Michigan Wolverines The Terps made big news in the first two weeks of the season by crushing an FCS team and then dropping 63 on Syracuse. The truth is that the Terps win total for the year was 3.5 in most spots and they've proven to be a case of "They are what we thought they were" by continuously getting mauled in Big 10 play. Michigan has covered four of five and has had to trouble with The Turtle of late, winning the L4 meetings by an average of 33. Wolverine triggerman Patterson showcased here against Maryland's fishnet No.116 pass defense. Michigan 54-13. |
11-02-19 | Liberty -23 v. UMass | 63-21 | Win | 100 | 10 h 47 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Subscriber Bous Play winner on the Liberty Flames No …. I haven't lost my mind laying 3+ touchdowns with a road fave that lost to Rutgers in it's last game. This game has become a must win for Liberty which still needs two FBS wins for bowl eligibility. A revenge game for a UMass 3X OT win last year. UMass is just 1-7 SU and ATS with win over winless Akron and catching 16+ points in seven of those losses. |
11-02-19 | Old Dominion v. Florida International -17.5 | 17-24 | Loss | -105 | 10 h 45 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Subscriber Bous Play winner on the FIU Panthers Old Dom is offensively offensive, No.128 in scoring offense, No.130 in total offense. Look for the Monarchs to serve as a whipping boy for an FIU team that should be mad after getting smoked by Middle Tennessee last week. Panthers still have an outside shot at a bowl and should fire here. |
11-01-19 | Navy -26.5 v. Connecticut | 56-10 | Win | 100 | 85 h 7 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night AAC Super Play is on the Navy Midshipmen If the 40 years my data base goes back, this is the most points Navy has ever laid as a road favorite. The 6-1 Middies have won four straight but most importantly have rushed for a whopping 1207 yards (402.3 per) over its L3 games and figures to ground and pound UConn into submission. In fact, the Huskies are 0-4 in conference play, allowing 177 points yet are fat and happy after smoking hapless UMass last week. Coach Ken is a gentleman but may not have a lot of choice regarding the score here. Navy 56-10. |
10-31-19 | 49ers -8.5 v. Cardinals | 28-25 | Loss | -110 | 62 h 17 m | Show
Mack Attack Thursday Night Thunder is on the San Francisco 49ers If you haven't seen the 49ers yet, you're in for a treat. IMO, this is light years the best team in the NFL and will be proven out here. Firstly, the 49ers are 4-0 on the road with wins of 14-24-13-9 points and the 9 was at Washington in a driving monsoon. They have five wins of 13+ and have held five opponents to less than 100 yards passing. The Cards have no running attack and will need to start Kenyon Drake (acquired Monday) and hope. That leaves Kyler Murray to run for his life against Nick Bosa and company. The Cards have done some nice things this year and have done well in the series but not buying here. San Francisco 38-13. |
10-31-19 | Georgia Southern v. Appalachian State -16 | 24-21 | Loss | -110 | 61 h 21 m | Show
DMack's Sunbelt Conference Game of the Month is on the Appalachian State Mountaineers App State is very quietly 7-0 with a win at North Carolina and have just crushed what was thought to be three of the better teams in the Sunbelt by a 99-17 aggregate. In those games, the Mounties rushed for 200+ yards and the defense has been pretty much impregnable. Georgia Southern has been decent but goes on the road here to face a different level. The Eagles lost their last to visits to Boone by 21 and 18 and it figure that it will be at least that here. Lay it. |
10-28-19 | Dolphins v. Steelers UNDER 43.5 | 14-27 | Win | 100 | 10 h 13 m | Show
DMack's Dolphin/Steelers Monday Night Mayhem Super Total is on the Dolphins/Steelers UNDER Not interested in the side for a number of reasons. The Dolphins are the Dolphins and much about their motivation is under question. The Steelers have their own issues beside the two touchdown number, including at QB where rookie Mason Rudolph returns out of the concussion protocol. Pitt with sketchy history in this spot as well, just 7-9 L16 as a home favorite (much of that with Roethlisberber) and just 2-6 ATS L8 off a bye. Do like the total and that would be UNDER. We're dealing with two "sketchy" offenses at best, Miami No.31 and Pittsburgh No.29. The Steelers can play defense, especially against this kind. The Dolphins have scored 63 points in six games and we see the Steelers stop unit dominating like it did against Cincinnati in late September. By the same token, the Dolphin defense has played hard, many times from untenable positions they were put in by the hapless Fish offense. Pittsburgh will ease Rudolph back in and not force him to do to much, establish the run with Connor and Co. and wear Miami down. Mercifully, we see a quickly played game with lots of rushing the football and a "running" clock. Not much chunk yardage here and a Pitt game plan that will be basically to get out of Dodge healthy and with a win. Play the UNDER. |
10-27-19 | Packers -4 v. Chiefs | 31-24 | Win | 100 | 26 h 47 m | Show
DMack's Sunday Night Book Slap winner is the Green Bay Packers Matt Moore is a decent game manager (15-15 as a starter in his career) and in Kansas City has a lot of weapons but … he faces a top five defense here and will be doing what he can to survive Green Bay pressure. The Chief's problem is that they can't stop a fat man. Forget last week against Denver. The Broncos offense has less punch than a fat man. Aaron Rodgers is off arguably the best game of his Hall of Fame career and figures to do a lot of business here. At the end of the day, it comes down to this, the Chiefs with Matt Moore cannot trade points with the Packers. The NFC North is 8-4-1 ATS outside the division, the Packers 2-0 with wins by 10 and 7 points. Green Bay 37-24. |
10-27-19 | Raiders +7.5 v. Texans | 24-27 | Win | 100 | 44 h 37 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner on the Oakland Raiders Since 6 of the L7 Texans games have been decided by a touchdown or less, prefer to take the 7 and a hook with a very capable Raider team. Derek Carr just needs to take care of the ball against a Texan outfit that gave up 320 yards and 4 touchdowns to Jacoby Brissette last week. Houston just 5-9 ATS in all capacities L14 homies and fired up Raiders talking wild card. Take the points |
10-27-19 | Jets v. Jaguars -6 | 15-29 | Win | 100 | 58 h 21 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner on the Jacksonville Jaguars The Jets last four losses have all come by 16+ points, granted only the Monday night debacle versus New England was with Darnold. That said, all we've heard all week is about who on the Jets (Richie Anderson in particular) is going where at the trade deadline. Jags have shown life with Minshew and Fournette has been a monster running the ball. Jags won 31-12 on this field last year … right back. |
10-27-19 | Chargers +4 v. Bears | 17-16 | Win | 100 | 58 h 59 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner on the Chargers The Bolts have lost 5 of 6, all by 7 points or less, and last week had multiple shots from the one to win in the final seconds. Los Angeles plays for it's season here against the disappointing Bears who are learning that they had probably better cut bait with Mitch Trubisky. The Super-Chargers are 6-2-1 as road dogs under Lynn and playing for their proverbial season here. Take the points. |
10-27-19 | Giants +7 v. Lions | 26-31 | Win | 100 | 40 h 14 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner on the Detroit Lions The Lions have lost three straight, deserving much better. They've played hard but are give up 33 ppg. in the loses and now have major issues in the secondary thanks to injuries and inexplicably dealing arguably their best player. The Giants have been killed by turnovers and we're certain they've worked on the with Rook Jones who figures to do some business here. Mix in lots of Saquon and a full touchdown and we have a winner. |
10-27-19 | Chargers v. Bears UNDER 41.5 | 17-16 | Win | 100 | 36 h 42 m | Show
DMack NFL Total of the Week winner is on the Chargers/Bears Under This really looks like the first team to 20 wins. Rivers has done little all year the Gordon hold out appears to have been more serious than thought as the Bolt offense has looked out of sync all year. The Bears have little to no ground game and Trubisky has proven he's not capable of throwing the ball around like he did 54 times last week. Play the under. |
10-27-19 | Eagles +2.5 v. Bills | 31-13 | Win | 100 | 36 h 41 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner on the Philadelphia Eagles The Eagles have lost their last two, giving up 75 points allowing opponents to score 9 touchdowns in their L22 drives. At 5-1 with their only loss a 16-10 decision to the unbeaten Pats, the Bills are still an enigma. Philly gets several key stop unit people back and the Buffalo offense has not been especially dynamic in any case. Not drinking the Buff Kool-Aid just yet and a clean sheet by Wentz translates out to a 10-point Eagle win. |
10-26-19 | Washington State +14.5 v. Oregon | 35-37 | Win | 100 | 26 h 37 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Washington State Cougars Wazzou was a Duck whipping boy from 2004-14 (1-10) but the Coogs are 4-0 SU and ATS since and seemingly have the Quack Attack number with The Pirate. Washington State's defense inexplicably went south but the offense under Anthony Gordon (71%, 29-7) hasn't missed a beat and is very capable of trading points with Herbert and the Ducks. Two touchdowns is a touch too much as AC/DC used to say. |
10-26-19 | Texas State v. Arkansas State -11 | 14-38 | Win | 100 | 22 h 55 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Arkansas State Red Wolves These teams have just three covers between them but that's where similarity ends as Ark State has the high powered offense that QB Hatcher and RB Murray who seem to get their numbers weekly against better than what they'll see here. Texas State is hapless on both sides, No.119 on total offense, and No. 120 versus the run. Wolves have their own way here … 37-13. |
10-26-19 | Arizona v. Stanford -1.5 | 31-41 | Win | 100 | 18 h 14 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Stanford Cardinal This is homecoming for a Stanford team that was embarrassed by UCLA on national TV in most recent stand alone week night game. Hugely important that Mills or Costello gets the start for the Cards rather than third option West who painfully showed to be not ready for prime team. Zona QB Tate pulled for the second straight week while Cat defense allowing 46+ in last couple. Stanford had dominated series and wins here with any type of QB play. |
10-26-19 | Central Michigan +2.5 v. Buffalo | 20-43 | Loss | -105 | 14 h 6 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Central Michigan Chippewas Buffalo won 20-0 last week over Akron with the real story being that two the Bulls three scores came as a result of scoop and scores. Not good. The Chips have rolled to six straight covers behind excellent QB play (Dormady) and a stud back in Ward (130 ypg. L3). The CMU defense is not too shabby either holding opponents to 113 ypg. below season average. Chips 27-17. |
10-26-19 | Western Kentucky +4.5 v. Marshall | 23-26 | Win | 100 | 17 h 22 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Upset Shocker is on the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers Who can impose their will on whom. Marshall rocks the power running attack with Knox (220 yards last week against FAU) but the Hilltoppers feature the No.19 ranked FBS defense that allows less than three-yards-per-carry. Western Kentucky is one of surprise teams in college football but are definitely for real. Five straight covers with three outright upsets becomes six and four today. Western Kentucky 28-26. |
10-26-19 | Ohio v. Ball State -2.5 | 34-21 | Loss | -109 | 48 h 11 m | Show
DMack's MAC Conference Game of the Month is on the Ball State Cardinals Showdown between two division leaders but while Ball State in the up escalator, the Bobcats are 1-6 ATS (0-4 4) this year while rocking the worst defense statistically during the Solich era. The Ohio front seven allowing better than 5.3+ per rush while Card RB Huntley has rushed for 428 L3 games and QB Plitt throwing for 1800+ (16-6) on the year. Ball State with huge edges on both sides of the ball. Ball State 30-20. |
10-26-19 | Miami-FL +5 v. Pittsburgh | 16-12 | Win | 100 | 15 h 49 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Power Pack winner on the Miami, Florida Hurricanes Pitt has won four straight but has been tip-toeing through the minefield with QB Pickett (59%, just 8 touchdowns) who bust on the scene by beatings a then 11-0 (ranked No.2) Cane team two years ago. Miami hit rock bottom last out losing to Georgia Tech (+18) straight up, the Canes the victim of giveaways yet another week. Two excellent defense square off her and prefer a certain to be focused Miami, Fla team catching more than a FG in a FG type of game. |
10-24-19 | Redskins v. Vikings OVER 42 | 9-19 | Loss | -105 | 9 h 16 m | Show
DMack's Redskins/Vikings NFL Thursday Night Thunder is on the Redskins/Vikings Over Sunday, the Redskins became the second team in 29 years to cover a game where they were shut out, blanked by the 49ers 9-0. Granted, the weather was a factor but Washington never got anything going in that game. Lots of side stories here, primarily the Keenum/Cousins aspect which will be showcased here. The Viking offense has come alive since the Minnesota hierarchy has decided to throw downfield rather that pound the football relentlessly for 60 minutes. In fact, last week, Cousins threw for 337 yards and four touchdowns. The Skins will have better conditions here with their limited weapons but will be unable to shorten the game here and will likely be playing from behind and throwing the football. In short, Minnesota will get their points and the Skins will help with some of the heavy lifting. Play the over. |
10-24-19 | SMU v. Houston OVER 65.5 | 34-31 | Loss | -109 | 9 h 31 m | Show
DMack's SMU/Houston NCAAF Thursday Night Thunder winner is on SMU/Houston Over Unbeaten SMU is rolling and seems to be in control over Boise in the race to get the bid as the non-Power Five entry on New Year's Day. Ex-Texas QB Buechele is off a record setting day over a very good Temple defense and should have little difficulty shredding the Cougar's No.124 ranked pass defenses. Houston has had injuries at QB but Tune has practiced all week and Logan Holgersen (coaches son) has to be better than he was in last against lowly UConn. This is a rivalry game and both sides do not like each other. Besides that, Houston has the urgency of bowl eligibility and is playing at home with revenge and can be expected to give 120% effort. Last year was 45-31 SMU and we expect a similar shootout type of score here. |
10-21-19 | Patriots -9.5 v. Jets | 33-0 | Win | 100 | 9 h 30 m | Show
DMack's Pats/Jets Monday Night Mayhem winner is the New England Patriots This is a somewhat difficult game to end the week. The teams met in Week III with New England winning 30-14, the Jets (+21) getting a late backdoor cover courtesy of a muffed punt touchdown and a late pick six after being down 30-0. That was the first game of the Darnold mono crisis and the now departed Luke Falk was at the controls for the Jets. Darnold returned last week and a recharged Gang Green outfit ambushed the Cowboys and that is the last thing we remember of the Flyboys. For me … when you're a Jet, you're a Jet. The Pats are 6-0 with five of those wins coming by 16+ points. Granted, New England has played nobody but like they say in boxing, you can only fight the people they put in front of you. The Pats are No.1 in points allowed defense, +9 in turnovers, have scored five times on defense or special teams and have allowed four of their last five opponents less than 220 yards of total offense. All this with Tom Brady being average by all standards and well below of his own personal standards. It gets much harder for New England from here and this spot, on the road in a venue versus a team that has played them tough in the past, might just be where Belechick/Brady get serious and flick the switch. It's Cleveland, at Baltimore, at Philly, Dallas, at Houston, and Kansas City … the meat of the schedule up next. Expect New England's best effort of the year and a dominating performance that puts the rest of the league on notice. New England 34-10. |
10-20-19 | Eagles v. Cowboys -2.5 | 10-37 | Win | 100 | 151 h 33 m | Show
DMack NFL Sunday Night Magic is on the Dallas Cowboys Both teams come into this one with multiple problems which includes injuries. Prefer the Cowboys despite being off three straight losses where they were outscored 47-9 in the first half. Dak has no excuses to not get off to a fast start here after Kirk Cousins torched the Iggles for 10.8 yards per ATTEMPT. Philly has allowed 300+ yards passing in four of their six games and Dak/Zeke and Company have beaten the Pokes three straight time by 6+. Huge game for both teams Dallas getting the money here 24-13. |
10-20-19 | Saints +3 v. Bears | 36-25 | Win | 100 | 215 h 21 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner is on the New Orleans Saints Sometimes you get the worst of it when you are well meaning. Grabbed the Saints early to make sure we got the full field goal but since the announcement that Kamara would not play, fours are readily available. GOOD FOR US … and we won't need the points. Don't look now but Teddy Bridgewater is 23-11 SU as a starter (27-7 ATS) in the NFL and the Saints haven't missed a beat with him at the controls. The Bears are the NFC version of the Browns, completely overrated, off London roadie and bye, and with unsure Trubisky back in the fold after a month off. Saints straight up. |
10-20-19 | 49ers -9.5 v. Redskins | 9-0 | Loss | -108 | 143 h 14 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner is on the San Francisco 49ers The 49ers, when healthy, are one of the top three teams in the NFL. The defense has been epic, allowing just 10 points on one TD in 22 opponent drives over their last two wins. Remember that the Daniel Snyder dumped the Kyle and Mike Shanahan in 2013 and junior probably has little inclination in administering a nice beat down here. San Francisco 34-10. |
10-20-19 | Vikings +1 v. Lions | 42-30 | Win | 100 | 143 h 11 m | Show
DMack NFL Game of the Week winner is on the Minnesota Vikings Diggs and Thielen proved that a little anarchy sometimes does a club good. Since going public with their displeasure of a conservative run heavy offense, the Vikes crushed two opponents while running up 490 and 477 yards of offense respectively. The Lions deserved better versus the Packers but had their hearts ripped out all the same and now face a smokin' hot division rival on a short work week. Division home dogs off a MNF road loss are just 1-9 ATS in L10. Vikes roll here. |
10-20-19 | Cardinals v. Giants OVER 49.5 | 27-21 | Loss | -104 | 143 h 9 m | Show
DMack Subscriber Bonus Play is on the Cardinals/Giants Over |
10-20-19 | Texans +1.5 v. Colts | 23-30 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 40 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack winner is on the Houston Texans Revenge spot for the Texans who were eliminated by the Colts in last year's wild card round in what turned out to be Andrew Luck's final win in the NFL. This is a good spot for the Texans who are rolling on offense with 84 points and 66 first downs in their last two. Houston also seems to do its best work on the road where they are 7-1-1 ATS L9 roadies, 3-0 this year. Houston by 10. |
10-19-19 | Nevada v. Utah State OVER 58.5 | 10-36 | Loss | -110 | 43 h 14 m | Show
DMack's NCAAF Total of the Week is Nevada/Utah State Over It was all in for Utah State last year and the Aggies had a great year but were decimated by graduation after their bowl game. Utah State returned just two offensive starters but fortunately for the Aggies, one was pro prospect QB Jordan Love and as a result, USU is averaging 30+ points and 500+ yards per game. Love will be throwing into the No.114 ranked pass defense in the FBS and one that gave 400+ yards through the air just two weeks ago. The Wolf Pack "pistol" does some nice things on offense and responded very well after throwing in clunker vs. Hawaii just a couple of weeks ago. Utah State scores and Nevada chases. Play the OVER. |
10-19-19 | Tennessee v. Alabama -34 | 13-35 | Loss | -105 | 15 h 17 m | Show
DMack Subscriber Bonus Play is on the Alabama Crimson Tide You certainly don't need games like this from me but it's been numbers like this as the reason Las Vegas Sports Books have been cleaning up the last five weeks. Here are the reasons we like the Tide to cover five touchdowns. Sure the Vols will play Bama as tough as they can but in the end they are simply outmatched. Bama has won 12 straight in the series, covering the last three, and last year dropping 58 points on Old Rocky Top, the most points ever scored in the series. Last night we talked about style points and we got them with Ohio State. The Tide still have to play LSU and Auburn, either of which could make you look silly. On a secondary front, Tua is probably third in the Heisman balloting at the moment so this is one of the few remaining games where he will really be able to pad his stats. Watching Ohio State last night makes me even more convinced that this is "right" play. |
10-19-19 | Old Dominion v. UAB -16 | 14-38 | Win | 100 | 37 h 19 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NCAAF Power Pack winner is on the UAB Blazers Old Dom has been terrible all year and faces a well coached that can play and is really up against it. The Monarchs gaining 121 yards-per-game less than their opponents and face a Blazer team that is solid on both sides of the ball. UAB has been an ATS machine going 12-2-1 at home under this coach and the spot couldn't be better to pummel someone with a bye on deck. |
10-19-19 | Baylor v. Oklahoma State -3.5 | 45-27 | Loss | -107 | 28 h 7 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NCAAF Power Pack winner is on the Oklahoma State Cowboys Baylor is a nice story and Ruhl has done a nice job rebuilding the Bears from the Art Briles rubble in minimum time. That said, Baylor has played a "modest" schedule of the road and were even taken to the limit by hard trying Rice. Baylor is in the gauntlet today in Stillwater and will need a way to stop the nation's leading rusher in Hubbard. Also a revenge spot versus Bears who won 35-31 last year in Waco. |
10-19-19 | Temple +7.5 v. SMU | 21-45 | Loss | -100 | 51 h 41 m | Show
DMack's NCAAF Dog Bite of the Year is on the Temple Owls Temple is a pretty good team as we will see today and should be getting much stronger support at the window in this battle of AAC division leaders. SMU has been one of the stories of college football all year but is starting to show chinks in the armor. In particular, talking about coming back from 30-9 deficit to beat Tulsa by divine intervention. The Owls have a top triggerman running the show in Russo and will also be showing off the No.7 ranked defense versus passing efficiency. Don't be shocked if Temple wins this straight up …. how about 33-27. |
10-19-19 | Buffalo -17 v. Akron | 21-0 | Win | 100 | 51 h 34 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NCAAF Power Pack winner is on the Buffalo Bulls Akron has lost 11 straight (2-9 ATS) and is 3-12 versus the points in L15 games period. Buffalo runs for 230 yards-per-game while the Zips allow 200 yards overland per and figure to get beat up with their defense not getting off the field and the offense not having the ball enough to generate substantial points. Buffalo 35-6 |
10-19-19 | Oregon -2.5 v. Washington | 35-31 | Win | 100 | 35 h 3 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NCAAF Power Pack winner is on the Oregon Ducks Since losing at Auburn on a final play Hail Mary in Week One, the Quack Attack has won five straight games, and allowing just 25 points. That's Pittsburgh Steeler's Steel Curtain crazy good. Oregon QB Herbert will be a Top Five draft pick this spring and currently has thrown 17 TD passes against a lone interception. The Huskies might be able to slow Herbert down some but the UWUB offense just doesn't have the fire power to stay in it. Oregon 30-13. |

10-19-19 | New Mexico v. Wyoming -19.5 | 10-23 | Loss | -109 | 50 h 6 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NCAAF Power Pack winner is on the Wyoming Cowboys Bob Davie had a nice run at New Mexico but his time is coming to an end with this very bad Lobo outfit. New Mexico was bullied by an equally terrible Colorado State team in last week's Friday nightery. Here they meet a supremely coached Wyoming team that plays strong defense, runs the football like the 49ers, and can also boast terrific special teams Wyoming 45-10. |
10-18-19 | Ohio State -27.5 v. Northwestern | 52-3 | Win | 100 | 33 h 36 m | Show
DMack's Ohio State/Northwestern Super Play is on the Ohio State Buckeyes Feel very comfortable laying this big number with the Buckeyes We've already seen with Clemson that style points have become important and Northwestern is your perfect patsy. The injury riddled Wildcats have minimal offense on the best of days and it's hard to see the home team getting double-digits here. Ohio State, like most NCAAF bullies, beats you down with relentless pounding and it's simply a question of when Northwestern gives way. The Cats played their best game against a similar Wisconsin squad only to be pummeled by a biteless Michigan State team in the follow up. |
10-17-19 | UCLA v. Stanford -6.5 | 34-16 | Loss | -116 | 33 h 47 m | Show
DMack's UCLA/Stanford Thursday Pac12 Super Play is on Stanford If you are seeing this game, you are a subscriber and have been with me. I posted this game early and in good faith as reports had Stanford's top two quarterback's going through full practices and were both expected to be available to play. As it turns out, both have been ruled out of this game and there has been another additional injury to a key offensive lineman who is likely finished for the year. Please pass this game. I am unable to take it down and will live with the results but will not be playing myself. We have a big weekend on tap and you will not be disappointed by missing a game here. |
10-17-19 | Chiefs v. Broncos UNDER 49 | 30-6 | Win | 100 | 34 h 45 m | Show
DMack's Chiefs/Broncos Thursday Night Thunder is on the Under The Colts and Texans have provided the rest of the league with the blueprint to beat the Chiefs, hold the ball 37 or 40 minutes and keep Pat Mahomes and the Kansas City offense off the field. Still not sold on Flacco and the Broncos who have won two straight to somewhat save their season. One thing the Broncos can do well is run the football with 1-2 punch of Lindsay and Freeman and then have Flacco move the chains short passing game The Denver defense hasn't allowed a touchdown in two games after pretty much being a non-entity in the first four. Kansas City still very capable but even Andy Reid's new 4-3 is what it is and hasn't stopped anyone to this point. Closer to a touchdown, wouldn't blink at taking the homestanding Broncs but a current near field goal, much prefer the under in a game that has a 23-17 feel to it. Play the under. |
10-16-19 | South Alabama v. Troy UNDER 57 | 13-37 | Win | 100 | 9 h 17 m | Show
DMack's Weds Sun Belt Super Play is on USA/Troy Under Both teams are in rebuilds and both have suffered from tough first halves of the season. Expect both teams to try and the run the ball here. Troy will try to run the ball against a Jag defense that gave up 319 yards overland (but just 20 points) to Georgia Southern while USA will ground and pound with stud back Minter (6.2 ypc) attempting to shorten the game and give themselves a chance to win at the end. We're looking at a lot of extended time consuming drives that might not even necessarily end in touchdowns keeping this one well under this posted total. |
10-14-19 | Lions v. Packers -3.5 | 22-23 | Loss | -110 | 87 h 25 m | Show
DMack's Lions/Packers Monday Night Magic is on the Green Bay Packers This just sets up to be the perfect storm for the new look Packers. After two decades pummeled by Green Bay, the Lions have won and covered the last four in the series albeit with Aaron Rodgers for all practical purposes playing just twice. Detroit is definitely improved but they haven't played in 15 days and they don't figure to win a close decision here. Likewise, they won't score 30 points like they have in the last four series games, facing this new revitalized Packer defense. Both teams have been opportunistic with takeaways but nobody has been better than the Packers who are now +9. Urgency and momentum with the Pack who is 22-13-2 of late as a home favorite and with wins over the Bears and Vikes in pocket, a win here would put Green Bay in command of the NFC North for pretty much the rest of the regular season. Green Bay 28-17. |
10-13-19 | Steelers v. Chargers UNDER 41.5 | 24-17 | Win | 100 | 51 h 47 m | Show
DMack's Steelers/Chargers SNF Super Play is on the UNDER Hard to have an opinion on the side in this one. The Steelers start a rookie out of Samford ( a small Florida school that was Bobby Bowden's first job 50+ years ago) and he'll be backed up by the infamous Paxton Lynch. The Bolts have played four straight unders and their lone TD last week came on a punt return. |
10-13-19 | Titans v. Broncos -1 | 0-16 | Win | 100 | 60 h 38 m | Show
DMack Attack Sunday NFL Game of the Week in on the Denver Broncos The Broncos saved their season with a win at the Chargers in last. The offense scored on it's first two drives and the defense played great, getting after Philip Rivers the entire game. Denver is home against a Titan outfit that has no punch and a struggling Marcus Mariota who was sacked five time last week by the Bills. The 2-3 Titans scored 7-7-17 in their three losses and don't figure to find more here. The Broncos take the pressure off Fangio another week with a 24-13 (type) Bronco win here. |
10-13-19 | Titans v. Broncos UNDER 41 | 0-16 | Win | 100 | 46 h 30 m | Show
DMack's NFL Total of the Week is on the Titans/Broncos Under In a game that the first one to 20 wins, we'll play UNDER the total in a matchup between two teams that pack little punch offensively but have the personnel to bring it defensively most of the time. The Titans last four games have gone under while the Broncos are 12-2 t the low in their L14. |
10-13-19 | 49ers +3.5 v. Rams | 20-7 | Win | 100 | 59 h 13 m | Show
DMack Sunday NFL Power Pack winner is on the San Francisco 49ers All of a sudden, the 49ers are the square side after their dominating flogging of the Browns on Monday Night Football. Guess what ??? The 49ers are that good with three of the four wins coming by 14+ points. They run the ball for 200 yards per week and the their front seven is the most dominating in football. The Rams have had extra time but are battling injuries and Jared Goff has never performed well running for his life. The Rams have scored 69 points their last two games and lost both San Francisco 38-17. |
10-13-19 | Falcons v. Cardinals +2.5 | 33-34 | Win | 100 | 47 h 48 m | Show
DMack Sunday NFL Power Pack winner is on the Arizona Cardinals The Cardinals are a young team that is starting to do things right. Kyler Murray gets better every start and Arizona ran for 266 yards in win over the Bengals last week. Things are not going well for the Dirty Birds who have lost two of their last three roadies by 16+ points. Atlanta is also just 4-15 ATS in its L19 games with suitcase in any case. Falcon opponents have score 12 TDs in their L25 drives. Take the Cards. |
10-13-19 | Seahawks -1 v. Browns | 32-28 | Win | 100 | 56 h 9 m | Show
DMack Sunday NFL Power Pack winner is on the Seattle Seahawks The not ready for prime time Browns are the most overrated team in the NFL and play a virtually forgotten about Seahawk team here. Russell Wilson is having an MVP type first half in leading the Hawks to a 4-1 record and has had four extra days of prep off Thursday night win last week. The Hawks are 5-1-1 L7 as a road dog and non-Conference NFC West road dogs are a perfect 5-0, AFC North non-conf home favorites are also perfect …. 0-5. Seattle by 23-17. |
10-13-19 | Saints +3 v. Jaguars | 13-6 | Win | 100 | 5 h 30 m | Show
DMack Subscriber NFL Bonus Play is on the New Orleans Saints It's a virtual certainty that Kamara WILL play in this game and don't look now but Teddy Bridgewater is 22-11 ATS as a starting quarterback in the NFL. The former Louisville's star has been hurt by injuries but he can definitely play. |
10-12-19 | Washington v. Arizona +6.5 | 51-27 | Loss | -110 | 42 h 45 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Late Show Bail Out is on the Arizona Wildcats These two haven't met since 2016 and the homie has won 8 of the L9 in the series straight up. At 4-2 with two losses as double-digit favorites, the Washington Huskies are phony as can be and six games in have no chance of making he college football playoff. Khalil Tate shook off injury last week to pass for 400+ yards in the Cats win over Colorado. Washington has lost four straight on this field and the Huskies are 4-9 L13 as a road favorite. The Wildcats are 4-1 as home dogs under Sumlin and 23-9 in that role since 2004. Arizona has a big chance to win this straight up. |
10-12-19 | Navy v. Tulsa | 45-17 | Win | 100 | 38 h 21 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Power Pack Play on the Navy Midshipmen Navy is fast improving off tough year last year for Coach Ken. The Middies are off a huge confidence building double-digit win over the Air Force while Tulsa blew a 30-9 lead to SMU in a triple-OT loss to the Mustangs. These teams have played the last four year with Navy going 4-0 SU and ATS in the series. |
10-12-19 | UMass v. Louisiana Tech -31 | 21-69 | Win | 100 | 39 h 31 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NCAAF Can of Whup Ass is on the La Tech Bulldogs UMass is possibly the worst team in Division-I, allowing 50 ppg. and 6.1 ypc. on the ground versus anyone not wearing an Akron jersey. That said, La Tech has been extremely disappointing in it's own way and is just 4-9 ATS laying 21+ points or more at home. WE don't mind laying this HUGE numbers here as Skip Holtz has reportedly cracked the whip on the offense. La Tech dropped 56 on the Minutemen in the last meeting (2016) and might very well do so here as this is a team (program) that is definitely looking to get it's swagger back and is home and facing a tailor made opponent to make that happen. |
10-12-19 | Fresno State +3.5 v. Air Force | 24-43 | Loss | -110 | 38 h 55 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Early Release on the Fresno State Bulldogs Strong situational play for the defensively stout Fresno State Bulldogs. Air Force just 4-14 ATS after facing Army/Navy in prior. The Flyboys were soundly beaten by Navy last week. Fresno off a bye and extra time to prepare for Falcon option. Fresno also rocks a 13-2-2 ATS road record since Tedford took over a couple of years ago. |
10-12-19 | Middle Tennessee State +11 v. Florida Atlantic | 13-28 | Loss | -106 | 35 h 43 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Power Pack Play on the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders MTSU fast improving with a sophomore gunslinger QB that knows no fear. The Blue Raiders spanked Marshall last week and there is absolutely no reason why the Blue Raiders can't hang with an Owl team that gives up better than 31 ppg. and is just 1-6-1 L8 as a home favorite. |
10-12-19 | Northern Illinois +7 v. Ohio | 39-36 | Win | 100 | 59 h 41 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Power Pack Play on the Northern Illinois Huskies Ohio is just 1-4 ATS against the No.90 ranked schedule while Northern is 3-2 ATS against the No.35 strength of schedule. The Huskies should take advantage of a Bobcat team that is already -8 in turnovers while looking to make amends for giving their game against Ball State away last week thanks to 111 yards in penalties and a fumbled kickoff that gave the Cards the ball at the three. Taking a full touchdown with a team we expect to win straight up. |
10-12-19 | New Mexico State v. Central Michigan -10 | 28-42 | Win | 100 | 31 h 54 m | Show
DMack Saturday NCAAF Power Pack Play on the Central Michigan Chips CMU owns a big edge in this matchup defensively and is finding the fire power to take advantage of an Aggie defense giving up 58 ppg. in their L11 albeit to a much tougher independent schedule. Fast improving Chips are 3-3 this year after brutal 1-11 year last year and will look to continue sharp play with B2B MAC roadies on deck. Central Michigan 35-17. |
10-11-19 | Colorado State -3 v. New Mexico | 35-21 | Win | 100 | 16 h 33 m | Show
DMack's Friday Mountain West Super Play is on the Colorado State Rams There are a lot of reasons to dog Colorado State to this point but they've played a difficult schedule and despite being on the road, will enjoy a massive drop in class here. New Mexico is in tough shape for the soon to be departed Bob Davie, allowing no less than 464 yards of offense to every team they've played this year including a D-I opponent. Colorado State has produced in this spot before, going 9-5 in their L14 as a road dog and had no problem stopping the Lobo option attack winning the L9 games (7-2 ATS) in the series. Colorado State 45-27. |
10-10-19 | UL-Monroe -3 v. Texas State | 24-14 | Win | 100 | 10 h 44 m | Show
DMack's Thursday Sunbelt Super Play is on the UL-Monroe Texas State has gotten lots of love at the window early in the week but the Bobcats face much better here than they did last week when they beat a I-AA 24-3. UL Monroe actually drops in class after facing Memphis. The War Hawks have proven they can move the ball against anyone and the much maligned defense should have far more success against the home team's No.118 ranked offense. At the end of day, Monroe has won the last three in the series by 6-18-6, and is 6-2 L8 as a road favorite facing a weak Texas State team that is just 4-11 L15 as a home dog and lacks the fire-power to keep up. UL Monroe 31-20. |
10-09-19 | Appalachian State +2 v. UL-Lafayette | 17-7 | Win | 100 | 8 h 11 m | Show
DMack's App State/ULL Sunbelt Super Play is on Appalachian State This could be a preview for down the road much like it was last year. App State won both meeting last year by double-digits last year, winning 27-17 in the regular season and 30-19 in the SBCG. ULL did get the cover in both games but there is far less disparity in talent this year. The Mounties are 4-0 and won at ACC North Carolina on the road this year. The Cajuns are 3-1 with their loss coming at Mississippi State. At the end of the day, history shows App State 6-0 in the series … show me, don't tell me. App State is a shootout 45-37. |
10-07-19 | Browns +5 v. 49ers | 3-31 | Loss | -105 | 9 h 25 m | Show
DMack's Browns/49ers Monday Night Mayhem winner is the Cleveland Browns The 49ers have been near perfect to this point so the team couldn't have been happy about early bye week. FYI, San Fran is 0-6 SU and ATS in L6 post-bye outings. That all said, the 49ers opened with three gimmes that included a close home win over the Steelers who started a rookie QB in his first road game and wound up -5 in turnovers. The Browns seem to prefer the road and are off a demolition of the Ravens in Baltimore. Cleveland is 7-3 L10 as a road dog and Baker made great strides last week proving that he will make you pay if you pay too much attention to OBJ. Browns contain 49ers rushing game and win straight up 27-24. |
10-06-19 | Colts v. Chiefs OVER 56 | 19-13 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 34 m | Show
DMack's Sunday Night Magic is on the Colts and Chiefs Over the Total The Chiefs had no right to beat the Lions last week somehow came away with a win. Kansas City has scored 15 touchdowns in 38 drives and figures to have success against a loose Colt defense. Pat Mahomes had his "off" week last year going 0-11 on passes of more than 30+ yards. Kansas City averages better than 7.5 yards-per-attempt every time they've thrown the ball this year. The Colts will do some damage so the Chiefs won't have to do all the heavy lifting. Looking at a shootout where both teams could very well get into the 30s. |
10-06-19 | Broncos v. Chargers UNDER 44.5 | 20-13 | Win | 100 | 33 h 31 m | Show
DMack's Week Five NFL Total of the Week is on the Broncos/Chargers Under. The Broncos are in a world of hurt. The offense has been virtually non-existent with Joe Flacco and the once vaunted Mile High defense has not carried it's own weight and was shredded for 340+ 2H yards last week by the Jags. The Chargers have been hampered by injuries with the Bolts making few if any big plays. This looks to be a game of field position and place kickers with the first one to 20 getting the win. In our mind, the best high/low on the board. Play the UNDER. |
10-06-19 | Jaguars v. Panthers -180 | 27-34 | Win | 100 | 92 h 41 m | Show
DMack Week Five NFL Early Release is on the Carolina Panthers You will rarely if ever get money-line plays from us on this site but it really applies here. This looks to be a physical battle between two power run game run by rookie backups. Our thinking on the money-line was that with the game Carolina -3.5/4 early in the week, that it would be at least 40 cents to buy down the three if in fact you could even do it so why not just pick the winner for an extra 40 cents. The game is a solid Panther -3 across the board as of last night. Like Carolina as week as Rivera has finally decided to feature McCaffery in both the running and passing game while the Carolina defense (14 sacks last two games) gets after Minshew. Carolina 23-10. |
10-06-19 | Cardinals +3.5 v. Bengals | 26-23 | Win | 100 | 91 h 22 m | Show
DMack Week Five NFL Early Release is on the Arizona Cardinals Arizona was getting love from the sharp money even before the Bengals stunk things up in Pittsburgh on Monday night. There just isn't much to recommend on the Bengals who have scored 6 touchdowns in 45 drives, given up 16 sacks, have had 19 three-and-outs, are -5 in takeaways and just 4-8 L12 as a home favorite. There's not much to recommend with the Cardinals either but they play hard and have shown some "buy" signs as Kyler Murray gets more and more leash to do his thing. Arizona also lost it's owner during the week who had been involved in the organization for more than eight decades. He was anything but popular in the league but had mellowed in recent years. Not a huge motivational factor but the team might look to get a win here for the family. |
10-06-19 | Patriots -14.5 v. Redskins | 33-7 | Win | 100 | 91 h 21 m | Show
DMack Week Five NFL Early Release is on the New England Patriots The Patriots have gotten fat in dispatching four stiffs and catch another one here. The Skins are a dumpster fire with Gruden hanging on by a thread and with no quarterback as it looks like it will probably be Colt McCoy getting a turn this week. The Patriot offense has given up more points than the Pat defense which has allowed just one touchdown on 48 drives. Washington scored 6 points against the Giants last week who had been allowing 31 ppg. Brady might really like the pickings here as Washington is one of the worst in the league in yards allowed per attempt. Three of the four Pat wins are by 16+ and that figures to be four of five once the smoke clears at Fed Ex Field. |
10-06-19 | Ravens v. Steelers +3.5 | 26-23 | Win | 100 | 91 h 19 m | Show
DMack Week Five NFL Early Release is on the Pittsburgh Steelers The Raven defense has come apart, allowing 1000+ yards and 73 points in Baltimore's last two games, both losses. The Ravens are just 5-10-1 in their L16 as a road dog. Pittsburgh saved it's season last Monday night. Mason Rudolph has proven that he can throw and play if Tomlin just leaves him alone. That remains to be seen but a repeat performance of Monday night will equate to a straight up Pittsburgh win. |
10-05-19 | Boise State -22.5 v. UNLV | 38-13 | Win | 100 | 14 h 6 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Boise State Broncos Bullet Analysis: UNLV starts a new QB and along with two new tackles along the offensive line. Injures have reduced the Rebel running game (the only thing this team did well) to insignificance and the Bronco offense will love facing a UNLV defense that allowed 53 points to slow-motion Wyoming last week. Did we mention that Rebel special teams are also horrific and that a return score of some king would not be a surprise from the visitors. Boise by 35. |
10-05-19 | Pittsburgh v. Duke -3.5 | 33-30 | Loss | -115 | 20 h 9 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Duke Blue Devils Bullet Analysis: Pittsburgh getting a lot of love after standing tall in closes losses to better and the upset of UCF but this were at home. Duke is much better than it played against Bama but isn't everybody ??? The Blue Devils are well coached, have an excellent 5th year Sr. QB calling the shots and just doesn't make mistakes. Lay it … Duke by double-digits. |
10-05-19 | California v. Oregon -18 | 7-17 | Loss | -109 | 31 h 26 m | Show
DMack's Saturday Night Bail Out Special is on the Oregon Ducks Cal will be without it's starting QB and wide out, not a good thing when hoping to trade points with the high-octane Quack Attack. The Bear defense is good but Oregon has had not problem dropping 40 on Cal the last two years and this is the best outfit Cal will have seen yet. The Oregon defense is EXTREMELY underrated and had it not been for the Hail Mary at Auburn, the Ducks would be in the discussion for a National Championship. Oregon 48-17. |
10-05-19 | Michigan State v. Ohio State -20 | 10-34 | Win | 100 | 20 h 38 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Ohio State Buckeyes Michigan State is unquestionably one of the disappointments of this year. The vaunted Sparty defense is somewhat better than average and the MSU offense (thought to be the best of Dantoni's tenure) couldn't score with a fistful of hundreds at Cheetahs. Ohio State won't steamroll everyone but they'll pop enough big plays to cover this very fair number. |
10-05-19 | Arizona +4 v. Colorado | 35-30 | Win | 100 | 17 h 53 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Arizona Woldcats Bullet Analysis: Arizona has won three straight since getting ambushed by Hawaii in its opener. The Wildcats have won the last two meetings with Tate have career days in each, rushing and passing. Regardless of whether Tate plays or not, Arizona is the better team in virtually every aspect and Gunnell (Tate backup) has enough to get it done. Straight up. |
10-05-19 | Auburn -2.5 v. Florida | 13-24 | Loss | -110 | 52 h 8 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Auburn Tigers Bullet Analysis: Auburn has arguably the best offensive and defensive lines in the country and the Tigers have absolutely dominant in the trenches. The Gators getting a lot of love again at the window and even if new QB is an improvement over Franks and Gator defense gets two key pieces back this week, Gainesville is no match for an Auburn team that is a legit threat win the SEC. |
10-05-19 | Texas v. West Virginia +11 | 42-31 | Push | 0 | 16 h 45 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the West Virginia Mountaineers Bullet Analysis: |
10-05-19 | Illinois +14 v. Minnesota | 17-40 | Loss | -105 | 15 h 27 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Illinois Fighting Illini Bullet Analysis: Lovie Smith is coaching for his job and has done a nice job coaching his guys up. Illinois is off a bye and will be well prepared here. Minnesota has done what's been asked of them but this team is no Big Ten juggernaut ready to cover two touchdowns against it's own kind. Gophers allowed Purdue reserves 28 points after Boilers lost best two offensive players to injury in the first quarter. Illinois comes to play and easily stays under the number. |
10-05-19 | Western Michigan v. Toledo -1 | 24-31 | Win | 100 | 15 h 18 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Toledo Rockets Bullet Analysis: Western Michigan is just a shell of the team it was three years ago under P.J. Fleck. The Broncos have their moments but are just 11-18-1 versus the points under new regime. Toledo rushed the ball for 678 yards in their last two game, beaten Western Michigan easily the last two years, and covered 7 of their L8 at the Glass Bowl. Toledo easy. |
10-05-19 | Marshall -4 v. Middle Tennessee State | 13-24 | Loss | -105 | 15 h 13 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Marshall Thundering Herd Bullet Analysis: Marshall was humiliated by Cincinnati in its last and will out for blood here. MTSU giving up 38 ppg. and No.127 defending the run … not a good combination facing Herd power running attack. Marshall is well coached and will be 100% focused here to get back on track. Marshall by three touchdowns. |
10-05-19 | Oklahoma -31.5 v. Kansas | 45-20 | Loss | -130 | 5 h 44 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Oklahoma Sooners Bullet Analysis: Les Miles is doing a nice job with virtually nothing in Lawrence but the Jayhawks are now into their Big 12 schedule where no quarter is given. Impossible to see why there has been money during the week on the home team which was down 38-0 at halftime to a very pedestrian TCU outfit and faces an offense here that has averaged 10.4 YARDS PER PLAY every time they've snapped the ball this season. Les Miles has enough coaching equity for Lincoln Riley to call off the dogs in the mid-40s or low-50's. |
10-05-19 | Iowa +4.5 v. Michigan | 3-10 | Loss | -101 | 104 h 43 m | Show
DMack Saturday Power Pack Winner is on the Iowa Hawkeyes Bullet Analysis: Michigan rebounded from embarrassing effort versus Wisconsin with crush shot win over Rutgers but … the Iowa Hawkeyes are a clone of Wisconsin that just happened to be dressed in black and gold. There are no Jonathan Freeman's on the Tiger Hawks by Kyle Stanley is a capable field general that will get some looks in the next draft. Iowa 24-14. |
10-05-19 | Kent State v. Wisconsin -35 | Top | 0-48 | Win | 101 | 12 h 25 m | Show |
DMack's College Football Can of Whup Ass is on the Wisconsin Badgers This number should be closer to 50! Why ??? The Badgers have the best defensive metrics in the country and only garbage time points will prevent a Badger shutout of the Flashes. Kent is dead last in the FBS against the run so look for Jonathon Freeman to pad his Heisman numbers with a monster day. Kent is 0-15 SU and 4-11 ATS vs. The Big Ten since 2001. We'll call this 59-0 with a ton of confidence. |

10-04-19 | Central Florida -3 v. Cincinnati | 24-27 | Loss | -115 | 31 h 49 m | Show
DMack Early Release on the UCF Golden Knights If you are a subscriber or have followed me in 2019, it may seem that we have gone to the well a number of times with UCF. We have and with good reason. Caught a flat spot last week against an underrated Power Five Pitt Panther outfit but that makes this a better value play here as Cincinnati has gotten the love all week. The Knight offense is explosive and averaging better 45 points per in I-A games this year. Cincinnati is good but watched every snap of their game against Ohio State and can't help remember the Buckeyes doing whatever they wanted and in particular, the OSU wide outs running wild. UCF wins by double-digits. |

10-03-19 | Rams +2 v. Seahawks | 29-30 | Win | 100 | 56 h 42 m | Show
DMack's Rams/Seahawks Thursday Night Thunder winner is the Los Angeles Rams The Seahawks are off to a 3-1 start but lets remember that they've faced three rookie QBs and trailed at the half in three of those games. Sure, Seattle is a tough venue to play at and especially on a short week but the newly reconstructed Hawks are just 4-9-1 L14 as a home fave. A big mistake by many bettors is remembering the last thing that they saw. In the case of the Rams, it 7 turnovers the last two games and the Bucs dropping 55 on them last week in Los Angeles. The Rams are not a good matchup for Seattle. The Rams have won the last three games in the series scoring 42-33-36 points and have also won three of their L4 trips here. This game will tell us a lot about the Rams moving forward. Expecting a razor sharp focused effort here from the Rams with no turnovers and crisp execution. Thinking the L.A. offense hits on all cylinders and the defense is all over Russell Wilson. Rams 34-20. |

10-03-19 | Temple -11.5 v. East Carolina | 27-17 | Loss | -109 | 55 h 53 m | Show
DMack's Temple/ECU College Thunder winner is the Temple Owls Temple is 5-0 SU and ATS in five meetings with ECU in conference play, winning the last three meetings by an average score of 40-9. Owl QB Russo was 21-25 and four TDs in this game last year and has better support this year. The Owl defense is also very good and face a one-dimensional attack here that completes just 54% of its passes. ECU is without question on the improve and even upset Old Dom in their last but they are completely outmanned here. If HC Rod Carey can get his team even half way interested, it will be another three touchdown win for the boys from Philly. |

09-30-19 | Bengals v. Steelers -3 | 3-27 | Win | 100 | 10 h 38 m | Show
DMack's Monday Night Mayhem is on the Pittsburgh Steelers Two 0-3 teams try to salvage their seasons tonight, if in fact there is anything left to salvage. The Bengals play their third road game in four weeks and while they've kept things close, they've committed 8 turnovers and have been outscored 38-10 in the first half leaving the possibility that covers were just dead points in garbage time. Pitt has also played close games. Mason Rudolph makes his second start for the Steelers and Tomlin will have to take him off his leash and throw down field if he hopes to have any success here. Pitt has won the last eight in the series and if the Steelers get off to a fast start and break Bengal will early … it will be 9 straight with an easy wire-to-wire double-digit win and cover. |

09-29-19 | Cowboys v. Saints +3 | 10-12 | Win | 100 | 36 h 48 m | Show
DMack's Cowboys/Saints Sunday Night Magic is on the New Orleans Saints Dallas is 3-0 and has the big numbers but the Cowboys are just 3-9 L12 in the series and just 1-5 in their L6 visits to the Crescent City. Rumors of the Saints demise after the loss of Drew Brees have been premature and Teddy Bridgewater has eased in at quarterback seamlessly. Kamara and Thomas are the real deal and don't look now, Teddy Bridgewater is 19-11 a starter in his limited opportunities. Add to the mix the Saints 6-1 run and a home dog and this being a revenge spot from a 13-10 loss at Dallas last year. Saints straight up. |
09-29-19 | Jaguars +3 v. Broncos | 26-24 | Win | 105 | 52 h 44 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack Winner is on the Jacksonville Jags The vaunted Bronco defense has no sacks or forced turnovers in three games, a NFL record. They've hit pay dirt just four times in 27 drives and are only 5-12-3 ATS in their L20 as a home favorite. The Jag's big time defense looks like it returned to 2017 form and their unflappable rookie QB is moving the football and will soon find out how turn that into points. The Jags are dangerous again behind Gardner Minshew. Straight up. |
09-29-19 | Vikings +1.5 v. Bears | 6-16 | Loss | -114 | 13 h 45 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack Winner is on the Minnesota Vikings When lines were released for the NFL and later this game, made a big mistake sitting on this game when it was 2.5 thinking it would somehow find three. Not a shot! … and now the best we can find is 1 and 1.5 in all our outs. No matter, Vikes win this straight up behind an offense rushing for an unheard of (for the NFL) 193.7 per and won't forget that the Bears swept the series last. Chicago got nothing (except a win) out of Week III's trip to the hapless Redskins. That + travel + short work week has us running to Minnesota. |
09-29-19 | Bucs v. Rams -9 | 55-40 | Loss | -101 | 31 h 23 m | Show
DMack's NFL Game of the Month for September is on the L.A. Rams The Bucs are doing some nice things under Bruce Arians but last weeks fold against a rookie QB is flat out unacceptable. The Rams were not surprisingly flat as a pancake versus Browns. The Rams have allowed just one touchdown is 21 drives over their last two games and will pressuring Jameis which means turnovers. Tampa Bay has been outscored 52-23 in the second half this year, not good against a Ram team that is making a living wearing teams out early and then sealing the deal late and extending with ground and pound. Rams by two touchdowns. |
09-29-19 | Titans +4 v. Falcons | 24-10 | Win | 100 | 48 h 21 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack Winner is on the Tennessee Titans All is night right in Atlanta, on and off the field. Dan Quinn's seat is getting hotter by the minute and Matt Ryan has been struggling to throw to his own jersey. Tennessee is not much but has it's moments and can run Derrick Henry which allows Marcus Mariota to pick his spots. After loss to Colts last week, the Falcons are now 0-11 ATS in their L11 encounters with the AFC. Make that 12 today. |
09-29-19 | Panthers +4 v. Texans | 16-10 | Win | 100 | 28 h 23 m | Show
DMack NFL Power Pack Winner is on the Carolina Panthers Kyle Allen was the nuts in his debut but that was against Arizona, his home state. Now he faces the Houston Texans and in the city where he played his college ball. McCaffery is having a break out season and the new balanced Panther offense will keep the Texan's high powered offense off the field. The Carolina defense will also look to pressure Watson who has already been sacked 12 times. No need to over think this one … Carolina wins straight up. |
09-28-19 | Ohio State -17 v. Nebraska | 48-7 | Win | 100 | 57 h 48 m | Show
DMack's NCAAF Bully Beat Down is on the Ohio State Buckeyes Soooooooo tired of reading about and listening to all the love being given to a very OVERRATED Nebraska team that has basically played like the .500 team they were last year. Ohio State has had a vapor lock the last three years, coming in flat against an unranked conference opponent and losing and for some reason, this will be the week. Looking for a wire-to-wire razor sharp performance here much like we saw versus a game but outmanned Cincinnati. The Huskers kept things close last year … so what! We still haven't seen Fields best yet. Ohio State 51-17. |
09-28-19 | Kansas State v. Oklahoma State -4 | 13-26 | Win | 100 | 56 h 29 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Early Release is on Oklahoma State The dog has cashed the tickets in this series of late going 9-3 in the L12 series tilts. This new look K State Wildcat outfit as a lot of positive numbers backing them up but this is not Bill Snyder and this week could be a reality check Gundy's Cowboy team is off a tough 36-30 loss to Texas but even in a rebuilding year, OSU's offense hasn't missed a beat generating 122 points in three games versus D-I opponents. Okie State has been there sooooo many time before and today is the better team laying small points at home. OSU a very respectable 21-14 L35 as a home favorite and teams entering the AP Top 25 this year (in this case Kansas State) are just 1-6 ATS in their Game One welcomes. Lay the points … Gundy can take it. |
09-28-19 | Louisiana Tech -8.5 v. Rice | 23-20 | Loss | -110 | 30 h 8 m | Show
DMack's Under-The-Radar Kill Shot is on the La Tech Bulldogs Rice is plenty feisty and you have to admire a program that has the guts t start the year with Army, Wake Forest, Baylor, and Texas. It's one thing to be feisty but it's another to win which is something the Owl program is yet to be able to figure out a way to do. La Tech has gotten it's offense going behind its Sr. QB Smith and easily dispatched better than this (Bowling Green and Florida International) in it's last two. La Tech wears down a Rice outfit that has little left in the tank. |
09-28-19 | Arkansas State v. Troy -7 | 50-43 | Loss | -109 | 28 h 23 m | Show
DMack NCAAF Early Release is on Troy Trojans We used Troy last week and cashed in rocking chair style as the Trojans spanked Akron. Somewhat of a revenge spot here for Troy. In the last meeting in 2017, Arkansas State upset Troy 35-25 despite getting outgained 606 to 293. The visitor is 8-2 ATS L8 in the series but Troy is 8-2-1 in it's L11 Sunbelt Conference tilts. Did I mention that you just don't run on Troy. Troy wins 31-10 improve on its current non-conference wins. |
