12-07-24 Thunder v. Pelicans +8 119-109 Loss -109 6 h 2 m Show

Oklahoma City at New Orleans 7:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Thunder- We just have to hope that the hungry Thunder dine late and over eat as well as party hard in the Crescent City with the knowledge that the Pelicans have won just five of 23 games. Oklahoma City has won six of their last seven and has seven straight wins in this series between the two going 6-1 ATS. The Pelicans broke a nine-game losing streak with a win over Phoenix Thursday and repeat the act tonight. Take NEW ORLEANS!

12-07-24 Butler v. Houston -17 51-79 Win 100 6 h 20 m Show

Butler at Houston 5:30 ET

Cougars (-) over Bulldogs- Guys ,if this works we should continue to have a wonderful season with many great payoffs. Houston was ranked No. 4 and is expected to challenge Connecticut and the other powers for the Championship but with three losses in their first seven games their image has been tarnished. So, here come Butler who about a decade ago had some talent and at 7-1 many expect them to be able to climb the ladder. You may be impressed but not the bookmakers who install the Cougars as huge favorites. That’s because not only do they need a good performance but the Bulldogs are playing their first true road game of the season and they won’t respond well. Take HOUSTON!

12-07-24 Iowa v. Michigan -9.5 83-85 Loss -107 3 h 49 m Show

Iowa at Michigan 2:00 ET

Wolverines (-) over Hawkeyes- Michigan is off one of the schools worst seasons in recent memory and are rebounding to make any supporter proud.  The Wolverines are under-rated by the books this season and are 6-2 ATS while the once again, the over-rated Hawkeyes are just 3-5 ATS despite a 7-1 record. With both schools at 7-1 the line is a bit high and is the highest in the past 20 meetings as defense is the key and the Wolves play it much better. Take MICHIGAN!

12-06-24 Illinois v. Northwestern +3.5 66-70 Win 100 8 h 0 m Show

Illinois at Northwestern 9:00 ET

Wildcats (+) over Illini- Big Ten battle comes home for Northwestern (0-1) who lost the conference opener 80-79 at Iowa on a 27-foot buzzer beater. No. 9 Illinois is riding a  3-game win streak and 6-of-7 and are opening their Big Ten action on the road. The Wildcats have four key players returning to a squad that defeated the Illini in OT here going 9-1 in conference play. Illinois return zero starters from that encounter. Experience helps...take NORTHWESTERN!

12-06-24 Magic v. 76ers +4 94-102 Win 100 6 h 40 m Show

Orlando at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers (+) over Magic- These two met in Philadelphia on Tuesday with Orlando winning 106-102 for their second win of the season over the 76ers. The Magic were a 6-point favorite two days ago and now the same two teams are at the same venue and the line has been dropped. I believe what the bookies are saying is that the 76ers will be ready. Joel Embiid and Paul George were both out on Tuesday’s meeting with George returning tonight and Embiid to remain in his own private Idaho. Take PHILADELPHIA!

12-06-24 Georgetown v. West Virginia -8 60-73 Win 100 6 h 1 m Show

Georgetown at West Virginia 7:00 ET

Mountaineers (-) over Hoyas- Are they back? At 7-1 is Georgetown ready to join the top level of Men’s Basketball that they once held. It is a long way back from where they were, to where they have fallen to what it takes to become respected once again. Okay, now who have they played? They play only one D-1 school and not one with a stellar basketball program, Notre Dame 84-63 blasted the Hoyas. The Mountaineers were facing Arizona, Louisville, Gonzaga and Pittsburgh and are game tested. Take WEST VIRGINIA!

12-05-24 Kings +3.5 v. Grizzlies 110-115 Loss -109 5 h 42 m Show

Sacramento at Memphis 8:00 ET

Kings (+) over Grizzlies- Sacramento who have been underachievers to date once again realize what happens when you share the basketball. After defeating Houston with 33 assists on 47 make field goal the Kings feel like royalty and want more of it. Memphis just had their six game win streak end on Tuesday and will see their five-game home winning streak end tonight. Take SACRAMENTO!

12-05-24 Suns v. Pelicans +2 Top 124-126 Win 100 5 h 7 m Show

Phoenix at New Orleans 8:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns- Man does this one stinks, reeks and is putrid to say the least. Both teams are dealing with injuries starting with Phoenix who once again is have health issues with Kevin ‘please don’t hurt my feelings’ Durant and New Orleans who has seen Zion Williamson fall to another set back. The Suns were 8-1 with their sensitive All-star forward and are 1-6 without him. Take NEW ORLEANS!

12-05-24 Nuggets +4.5 v. Cavs 114-126 Loss -109 4 h 7 m Show

Denver at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Nuggets (+)  over Cavaliers- Cleveland who started 15-0 is back on track after dropping 3-of-5 they have rebounded for consecutive victories. Denver has been inconsistent and although 11-8 SU they are just 7-11 ATS with 12 of 19 games going over the total. The Cavaliers are a high scoring bunch having gone over the total 13-9. The Nuggets have won three of the past four meetings and should get the money once again. Take DENVER!

12-05-24 Purdue v. Penn State -115 Top 70-81 Win 100 4 h 6 m Show

Purdue at Penn State 6:30 ET

Nittany Lions over Boilermakers- No. 8 Purdue open their Big Ten 2-year title defense at Penn State after winning a 4-team tournament in San Diego defeating NC State and No. 23 Mississippi. The Boilermakers own an 8-game winning streak in this series but Penn State has covered the past two meetings and this is just their second true road game after falling at Marquette badly 76-58. The Nittany Lions lone loss cane against Clemson and they are 5-0 SU at home. The last time they met Purdue was ranked No. 1 and now not so much...after three straight meetings in Mackey Areana the Lions are ready to roar at home. Take PENN STATE!

12-04-24 Auburn v. Duke -3 78-84 Win 100 7 h 6 m Show

Auburn at Duke 9:15 ET

Blue Devils (-) over Tigers- Bruce Pearl has his undefeated (7-0) Auburn Tigers up to No. 2 in the college basketball ratings. They have a clean slate because of an 18-point comeback win over No. 4 Iowa State at the Maui Invitational. Duke already with a pair of losses to No. 17 Arizona and No.1 Kansas while beating No. 19 Kentucky. Tigers are 0-3 lifetime against the Blue Devils and the beat goes on...take DUKE!

12-04-24 Kansas v. Creighton +4.5 63-76 Win 100 7 h 37 m Show

Kansas at Creighton 8:30 ET

Blue Jays (+) over Jayhawks- No. 1 Kansas has stayed undefeated (7-0) with wins over Duke, North Carolina and Michigan State which is impressive. But, now the journey north toe Ohama Nebraska to take on Creighton who with three straight losses before their win at Notre Dame has dropped out of the Top-25. The Jayhawks are 11-6 lifetime against the Blue Jays with the last defeat coming in 1949. KU has won the past two meetings in 2020 and 2022 but failed cover i either game. Take CREIGHTON!

12-04-24 Marquette v. Iowa State -5.5 70-81 Win 100 6 h 53 m Show

Marquette at Iowa State 8:00 ET

Cyclone (+) over Golden Eagles- This should be a great encounter between No. 5 Marquette and No. 6 Iowa State is Ames, Iowa. The Golden Eagles are undefeated (8-0) and are a stellar 6-2 ATS will all but one game at home where they are perfect. Cyclones coach TJ Otzelberger has had his ‘cagers’ improve with each season since leaving UNLV. Take IOWA STATE!

12-04-24 Pacers -2.5 v. Nets 90-99 Loss -105 7 h 27 m Show

Indiana at Brooklyn 7:30 ET

Pacers over Nets- After finishing the 2023-24 season with a flurry most expected more out of Indiana than their 9-13 start including 2-10 on the road. They have lost seven straight on the road and now come up favored at Brooklyn who is 4-5 at home and 13-8 ATS this  season. The Nets enter this contest with their major spark Cam Thomas sidelined and three other (two starters) are either questionable or out leaving Nets with a shallow bench. Take INDIANA!

12-03-24 Rockets v. Kings +105 Top 111-120 Win 105 12 h 51 m Show

Houston at Sacramento 10:00 ET

Kings (+) over Rockets- Houston swept the season series 3-0 last year covering all three games but Sacramento had swept (3-0) the series and covered in each of the two previous seasons. The Rockets have blasted to a 15-6 start and are 3-0 in the NBA Cup with wins over the Clippers, Blazers and Timberwolves. The Kings are off to a slow start (9-14) and have lost three games they have played in the NBA Cup series (0-3). But, somehow after opening the underdog, money has shown for the Kings. Take SACRAMENTO!

12-03-24 Kentucky v. Clemson +1.5 Top 66-70 Win 100 8 h 24 m Show

Kentucky at Clemson (9:30 ET

Tigers (+) over Wildcats- No. 4 Kentucky (7-0) leads the nation in scoring putting up 96.7 PPG and are No. 2 with 21.1 assists  while grabbing 45 rebounds per game. The Wildcats have a huge win over Duke but enter Littlejohn Coliseum for their first true road game. Let me remind you that Clemson reached the Elite-Eight last season and this year are shooting nearly 40% from long range. Tigers have enough to upset Wildcats at home. Take CLEMSON!

12-03-24 Michigan +3.5 v. Wisconsin 67-64 Win 100 8 h 55 m Show

Michigan at Wisconsin 9:00 ET

Badgers (+) over Wolverines- It is unusual for Big Ten Conference play to start before the New year but with conference sizes growing it must be. No 11 Wisconsin has changed their motif and are now a high-powered scoring offense as opposed to a grind and grab defense which always came first. Michigan is having a rebound season and have won five straight since a loss to Wake Forest. This time around it is the Wolverines that are playing tough defense. Take MICHIGAN!

12-03-24 Pacers v. Raptors +3 111-122 Win 100 9 h 22 m Show

Indiana at Toronto 7:30 ET

Raptors (+) over Pacers- There is something really, really wrong with the Pacers. I don’t know what it is as of now and it is difficult to put my hands on, but...there is something going on and it is not positive. Toronto with just six SU wins on 21 tries is a stellar 14-7 ATS while Indiana has dropped their last two games and five of their past eight. Both clubs are 0-3 in the NBA Cup series but met three weeks ago in Toronto with the Raptors prevailing 130-119. Toronto born RJ Barrett has been a force at home scoring 37 and 39 points the last two home games averaging 30.4 points when hosting. Take TORONTO!

12-03-24 Bucks v. Pistons +3.5 128-107 Loss -109 9 h 53 m Show

Milwaukee at Detroit 7:00 ET

Pistons (+) over Bucks- Streaks are the name of the game when involving these two clubs as Milwaukee is on a six-game run and has won eight of nine. Detroit who has already matched last season franchise record low wins total has dropped 10 straight to the B8cks and 22 of the last 23 meetings. Piston’s star Cade Cunningham has missed the previous three games but is expected to play tonight. Take DETROIT

12-03-24 Cincinnati v. Villanova +3.5 60-68 Win 100 5 h 26 m Show

Cincinnati at Villanova 6:30 ET

Wildcats (+) over Bearcats- These two are meeting as part of the Big East- Big 12 Battle in Philadelphia where No. 14 undefeated Cincinnati (6-0) puts it on the line against a Villanova squad that has yet to find its footing. The Wildcats have made big strides since their opening week and defense is the key. The Bearcats have won the past three meetings and the Wildcats had won the previous three and have enough at home to win here. Take VILLANOVA!

12-02-24 Lakers v. Wolves -8 80-109 Win 100 9 h 51 m Show

L.A. Lakers at Minnesota 8:00 ET

Timberwolves (-) over Lakers- Los Angeles is off of a win in Utah last night as they raised their record to 12-8 as LeBron James and Anthony Davis are playing like the All-stars that they are. Minnesota, on the other hand is 9-10 SU and a very disappointing 6-13 ATS. The Lakers opened the season with a home win over the T’wolves and the last time these two met in Minny the Wolves won at home. The ‘line’ tells me the Timberwolves are ready to play and the ‘Lake-men’ may have jet lag. Take MINNESOTA!

12-01-24 Thunder v. Rockets +1.5 116-119 Win 100 5 h 59 m Show

Oklahoma City at Houston 7:00 ET

Rockets (+) over Thunder- OKC who finished first in the West last season continue their stellar pace and once again are the leader of the conference. The Thunder handed Houston a 126-107 defeat three weeks ago and evened the series at 5-5 both SU and ATS in the last 10 meetings. That is the only double-digit loss among six defeats for the Rockets with the other five losses by a combined 21 points. OKC’s defense has suffered a bit with Chet Holmgren sidelined once again and the Rockets take advantage. Take HOUSTON!

11-30-24 Oregon +6.5 v. Alabama 83-81 Win 100 11 h 37 m Show

Oregon at Alabama 9:30 ET

Ducks Crimson Tide - Be it the gridiron and on the hard wood this would be a great match up of ranked squads in wither football or basketball. Oregon 7-0 SU is without a blemish will be up against their toughest competition yet this season. Alabama has one defeat and that came at the hands of Purdue when they had their worst shooting game of the season. Ducks defense allows 39.4% shooting a game so more of the same here. Take OREGON!

11-30-24 76ers +2 v. Pistons 111-96 Win 100 8 h 38 m Show

Philadelphia at Detroit 7:00 ET

76ers (+) over Pistons- Philadelphia with the addition of Paul George and with their remaining cast expected to contend for the championship. But, Embiid has payed sparingly and and they have won just 3-of-17 games played. Detroit who had their worse record in franchise history last season posted their first win of the season against the 76ers. Look for a bit a payback here. Take PHILADELPHIA!

11-30-24 Texas A&M v. Rutgers +4.5 Top 81-77 Win 100 4 h 13 m Show

Texas A&M vs Rutgers 3:30 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Aggies- A pair of 5-2 clubs meet for the first time, not only for the first time this season but first the first time in the two schools’ history. Texas A&M has one of the nation’s worst shooting teams in America ranking No. 289 hitting just 41.9 % of their shots taken. The Aggies just upset Creighton 77-73 and now face Rutgers who just dropped a 95-90 decision against Alabama. Look for both clubs to return to center and for the Scarlet Knights to get the cash. Take RUTGERS!

11-30-24 Creighton -7 v. Notre Dame 80-76 Loss -113 2 h 44 m Show

Creighton vs Notre Dame 10:00 ET

Blue Jays (-) over Fighting Irish- Both of these clubs are 4-3 but won’t remain that way and not just because they are playing each other tonight. Creighton is 1-5 ATS and has dropped three straight games the latest to Texas A&M 77-73 on Wednesday. Notre Dame has also dropped their last three contests the latest to Houston on Thanksgiving Day 65-54. The Blue Jays defense is one of the best keeping opponents at just 37% shooting percentage. Take CREIGHTON!

11-29-24 Clippers v. Wolves -5.5 92-93 Loss -109 6 h 12 m Show

LA Clippers at Minnesota 7:30 ET

Timberwolves (-) over Clippers- Last season Minnesota made it to the Western Conference Finals and this season after making a trade sending Karl Anthony-Towns to New York (who hasn’t adjusted to the trade either). We played the Kings over the T-wolves before the holiday and had a power play winner. This time we look for them to rebound after their forth straight loss. Take MINNESOTA

11-27-24 Xavier v. Michigan Top 53-78 Win 100 6 h 32 m Show

Michigan vs Xavier 8:30 ET

Wolverines over Musketeers - Both schools off to good starts as the competition starts to heat up. Michigan (5-1) had a horrible season in 2023 and have made huge changes starting with their coach as Howard is gone. The only blemish between this two clubs was when the Wolverines fell to Wake Forest 72-70 as Xavier (6-0) has been perfect up until now. Both play excellent defense but the Wolves have  slight edge. Take MICHIGAN!

11-27-24 Kings +3.5 v. Wolves Top 115-104 Win 100 5 h 51 m Show

Sacramento at Minnesota 8:00 ET

Kings (+) over Timberwolves- Having dropped the last couple of NBA releases I always get gun shy even when this is a strong play available. It is just the mind set of sports handicapping. But I do like the Kings here. Minnesota has lost three straight and 6-of-8 as it looks like the trade between the Wolves and New York has yet to pay off for either team. The Kings haven’t been so hot much of late having lost their last four. The Timberwolves already have a pair of wins over the Kings this season winning 130-126 in OT and 117-115 with both games in California. Kings rule here. Take SACRAMENTO!

11-26-24 Auburn -5 v. North Carolina 85-72 Win 100 11 h 34 m Show

Auburn vs North Carolina 11:00 ET

Tigers (+) over Tar Heels- No. 4 Auburn is in an unusual spot being favored over No. 12 North Carolina, but the undefeated Tigers (6-0) are off of a huge Come0from-behind win over ranked Iowa State. The Tar Heels used their powerful offense to stormed back from an 18-point half-time deficit against Dayton for their 92-90 non-cover win. The Tigers score 86.4 PPG while NC allows 76.4 ranking them No. 226 on defense. Take AUBURN!

11-26-24 Bulls v. Wizards +5 Top 127-108 Loss -110 6 h 3 m Show

Chicago at Washington 7:00 ET

Wizards (+) over Bulls- Chicago has had their way against the Wizards but who hasn’t?  They have won seven of the past 10 meetings. This pair of also-rans meet in the NBA Cup in season tournament with Chicago having lost four of their last six while Washington has dropped 11 straight games and have only two wins on the season. But, the Bulls have allowed 140 or more points three times in their last six games and allow a league worst 123.9 PPG. Take WASHINGTON!

11-26-24 Grand Canyon -128 v. Stanford Top 78-71 Win 100 6 h 5 m Show

Grand Canyon vs Stanford 7:00 ET

Antelopes (+) over Cardinal- Now, let me understand this, Stanford is 6-0 and 5-1 ATS and are playing mighty Grand Canyon who is 3-1 SU and 0-4 ATS and the Antelopes are favored. This makes even less sense when comparing team stats as the Cardinal have a better offense and play better defense as well. So, this makes me wonder what the book maker is saying...it’s GRAND CANYON!

11-26-24 Oregon +3.5 v. Texas A&M 80-70 Win 100 4 h 32 m Show

Oregon vs Texas A&M 4:30 ET

Ducks (+) over Aggies- No. 20 Texas A&M is considered the home team in this match up in Las Vegas having won their last four games after opening the year with a loss at Central Florida. Oregon remains undefeated after taking down state rival Oregon State 75-73 on Thursday. The Ducks will look to outscore you while the Aggies who can put the ball in the hoop pride themselves with defense that is allowing just 61.6 PPG. Closer to home...take OREGON!

11-25-24 Dayton +9 v. North Carolina 90-92 Win 100 9 h 38 m Show

Dayton vs North Carolina 11:30 ET

Flyers (+) over Tar Heels- I have always had a special place in my heart for the Dayton Flyers and it goes back to when I was a youngster and my father took me to the NIT and there I saw Donnie May a left-handed sharp shooter light up Madison Square Garden as the Flyers took the gold ring. North Carolina is a high powered scoring machine averaging 94.2 PPG while the Flyers play a tough solid defense allowing only 69 PPG. This should be close until the final horn, Take DAYTON!

11-25-24 Auburn v. Iowa State +4 Top 83-81 Win 100 6 h 53 m Show

Auburn vs Iowa State 9:00 ET

Cyclones (+) over Tigers- A pair of top-5 ranked cagers hook up in a burned out Lahaina as No. 4 Auburn opens the favorite against No. 5 Iowa State. The Tigers hace a huge quality win over then ranked No. 4 Houston while the Cyclone defeated weak mid-majors at home. Great coaching match up between Bruce Pearl and T.J. Otzelberger with the later making strikes to the Sweet-16 last season. Take IOWA STATE!

11-25-24 Mavs v. Hawks -3 129-119 Loss -108 5 h 3 m Show

Dallas at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Hawks (-) over Mavericks- Atlanta returns home after a four game road trip that saw them win just once a 109-108 victory at Sacramento. This will be the Mavericks third straight road game where they split and just lost in OT Sunday at Miami (Power Play winner) 123-118. Dallas won both meetings last year but the Hawks won both the previous season. It’s the Hawks turn! Take ATLANTA!

11-24-24 Mavs v. Heat -3 118-123 Win 100 8 h 47 m Show

Dallas at Miami 6:00 ET

Heat (-) over Mavericks- Dallas has won and covered their last four games including a win Friday night at Denver 123-120 as a 5-point underdog. The Mavericks had lost and failed to cover any of their four previous games be fore their current win streak. Miami has had six days to rest after a win over the 76ers Monday night. Dallas took both game last season but they have split the past 10 each winning and covering five wins apiece. The Heat’s Jimmy Butler is questionable while the Mavericks Luka Doncic is out and he leads the Nuggets in points, assists and rebounds, he will be missed. Take MIAMI!

11-24-24 Pittsburgh -120 v. Wisconsin 75-81 Loss -120 7 h 57 m Show

Pittsburgh vs Wisconsin 5:30 ET

Panthers over Badgers- Both clubs enter undefeated but it is Wisconsin that is ranked No. 19 while Pittsburgh remains outside the Top-25. The Badgers who have been known for their defense are averaging 87.8 PPG while allowing 70.1. So, why are the un-ranked Panthers favored over a ranked team on a neutral site...Maybe the odds makers believe that the black cats are better, but, there are no maybes...take PITTSBURGH!

11-23-24 Stanford v. Santa Clara +1.5 71-69 Loss -110 9 h 7 m Show

Stanford at Santa Clara 10:00 ET

Broncos (+) over Cardinal- There is something really, really out of order here as 5-0 Stanford travels to Santa Clara who is 2-3 and this game is a virtual pick’em affair. The Broncos have split a pair of home games while this is the first road game for the Cardinal. The first college basketball road game of the season is always the toughest game of the season. SCU has won the past two meetings including last year at Stanford winning 89-77 as 7.5-point underdogs. They get the Hat-trick here. Take SANTA CLARA!

11-23-24 Warriors v. Spurs +3 Top 94-104 Win 100 9 h 35 m Show

Golden State at San Antonio 10:00 ET

Spurs (+) over Warriors- Victor, Victor, Victor triple-doubles equal victories. Really he’s just a skinny kid and younger than Lew Alcindor is still just a 20 year old that is not allowed to drink in certain states. Golden State (12-3) is off to a quick start (nothing like the Cavs) but have returned to playing like a member of the NBA having lost two of their last three road games. Stephen Curry and Wembanyama both average 22.7 PPG with Curry shooting 48.9% and ‘The Alien’ shooting 47.2% from the field. Take SAN ANTONIO!

11-22-24 Duke v. Arizona -122 69-55 Loss -122 8 h 19 m Show

Duke at Arizona 10:30 ET

Wildcats (+) over Blue Devils- Both of these clubs have been traditionally in the Top-10 year in and year out and at this time both schools are out of the Top-20 but both are still ranked with Duke (3-1) entering this match-up at No. 12 with Arizona (2-1) at No.17. The Wildcats have won the past three meetings over the 13 years the last of which happened last November as a 5.5-point underdog. The Blue Devils were beaten by Kentucky 10 days ago while Arizona is off a beat down a week ago at Wisconsin 103-88. Wildcats come up big here as Devils play for the first time on the road. Take ARIZONA!

11-22-24 Baylor +5 v. Tennessee 62-77 Loss -110 7 h 24 m Show

Baylor vs Tennessee 9:30 ET

Volunteers (+) over Bears- Another clash among Top-20 ranked teams ate No. 11 Tennessee (5-0) and No. 13 Baylor(4-1) go at it in Nassau, Bahamas. Both clubs posted wins in their opening tournament matches as Baylor (Money Game winner) went double-overtime and defeated St. John’s 99-98 after trailing by 18 points and the Volunteers routed Virginia 64-42. The Vols have two key players sidelined and the Bears depth will be the difference. Take BAYLOR!

11-22-24 Nets v. 76ers -4 Top 98-113 Win 100 4 h 38 m Show

Brooklyn at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers (-) over Nets- These two clubs started the season moving in opposite directions as Brooklyn was winning and covering the spread while Philadelphia without Embiid struggled. Well, water seeks its level and so does talent in the NBA as the Nets have dropped 5-of-7 and are now 6-9 whereas the 76ers have yet to recover and at 2-12 still have enough time (with Embiid) to make the play-in or even playoffs. Joel is back and even without him and limited service the Sixers will show big tonight. Take PHILADELPHIA!

11-22-24 Wisconsin v. UCF +5.5 86-70 Loss -110 3 h 52 m Show

Wisconsin vs Central Florida 6:00 ET

Knights (+) over Badgers- A pair of undefeated cagers go at it in White Sulpher Springs West Virginia where No.19 Wisconsin (5-0) fresh off of their home win over No. 9 Arizona 103-88 will battle a 4-0 Central Florida squad who is on the road for the first time as are the Knights. UCF opened the season with a 64-61 win over then No. 13 Texas A&M as a 6-point dog and they are talented enough  to win here. Take CENTRAL FLORIDA!

11-21-24 Magic +4.5 v. Lakers 119-118 Win 100 9 h 0 m Show

Orlando at LA Lakers 10:30 ET

Magic (+) over Lakers- After seven straight losses to the Lakers Orlando pulled some magic and finally defeated Los Angeles a year ago at home. This is the second game in as many nights for the Magic to be playing in Los Angeles as they dropped a 104-93 decision to the Clippers last night. These two have not met in over a year and the Lakers are 7-0 at home this year and the Magic 0-7 on the road. Magic had won six in-a-row prior to last night’s loss. They get it done tonight. Take ORLANDO!

11-21-24 Baylor v. St. John's +2.5 99-98 Win 100 5 h 59 m Show

Baylor vs. St. John’s 7:00 ET

Red Storm (+) over Bears- A pair of ranked clubs test tech other in Nassau, The Bahama’s as No. 13 Baylor is a long field favorite over No. 22 St. John’s. The Red Storm under Rick Pitino last year did not qualify for the Big Dance and after being seeded No. 1 in the NIT they stormed out of competition and did not play in the nation’s oldest and respected tournaments. This season he is determined that strength of schedule will not be an issue. Take ST. JOHN’S!

11-20-24 Magic -3 v. Clippers Top 93-104 Loss -115 11 h 7 m Show

Orlando at LA Clippers 10:30 ET

Magic over Clippers- Both of these clubs are on winning streaks as Orlando has won six straight five of which were at home and they held all six opponents under 100 points. LA has a five game winning streak at home and defeated (Money Game winner) rival Golden State 102-99 on Monday. The Clippers as usual will be without Kawhi Leonard and the Magic without Paolo Blanchero and each squad picks up the slack. Take ORLANDO!

11-20-24 Illinois v. Alabama -8 87-100 Win 100 9 h 3 m Show

San Diego State who appeared it the championship game two seasons ago are third with a 136-34 record winning 80%. I’m sure Gonzaga is looking to get back after SDS defeated them on their home floor 84-74 last season for their lone loss as hosts. But, don’t sell the Aztecs short as the coaching between Few and Dutcher has two of the best battling wits. Take SAN DIEGO STATE!

Miami at Indiana 7:00 ET

Miami blew a game their last time out against Detroit as Spoelstra made a major blunder calling a timeout when he had none with 1.1 seconds remaining. Rake MIAMI!

Fresno State at Cal-Santa Barbara 10 ET

Gauchos (-) over Bulldogs- I have witnessed the Mountain West Conference change a number of times since moving to Las Vegas adding teams and having teams defect to more profitable venues. But, one thing that I have not seen in 30 plus years following the MWC I have never seen Santa Barbara a double-digit favorite over anyone much less Fresno State who has been one of the conferences better programs. Line tells me the Gauchos can play of the Bulldogs can’t. Take SANTA BARBARA!

Memphis at Portland 9:00 ET

Trail Blazers (+) over Grizzlies- Memphis has gone from having one of the more promising NBA futures to a club that pulls up lame way too often. Led by the number one guy missing games the spectacular Ja Morant is out once again and one has to start to wonder is he is gong the route of Deshaun Watson. Boston at Milwaukee 3:30 ET

Bucks (+) over Celtics- These two squads met the first week of the season when the Celtics were steamrolling their opposition and Milwaukee was in a funk. Spurs (+) over Clippers- Since starting the year winning just one of their first four games San Antonio has won their last two to even their record at 3-3 and they have covered the number in three straight. LA is on a 3-games ATS skid after covered their first three (winning twice). The Clippers have won seven straight meetings and swept the three game series last year with all three games being play with in 22 days and they were done playing each other on Nov. 22. What that means is that they were lucky enough to play the Spurs before Wembanyama even got his feet wet. The Clippers will mostly likely need shock therapy after they see his development. Take SAN ANTONIO!

11-04-24 Blazers +2.5 v. Pelicans 118-100 Win 100 10 h 51 m Show

Portland at New Orleans 9:30 ET

Trail Blazers (+) over Pelicans- Both of these clubs are struggling at the season’s onset and they are meeting for the third time already this year. New York at Houston 8:45 ET

Rockets (+) over Knicks- New York coach Tom Thibodeau is known for defense first and then score the ball second which has been very successful in his career. With Karl-Anthony Towns joining his already experience crew should aid the Knicks cause. But, now it is Houston that is playing better defense and they are playing it better than New York ranked No. 4 while the Knicks are No. 13. The Rockets ended an eight game series losing streak last time these two met in February. Take HOUSTON!

11-03-24 Hawks +3.5 v. Pelicans 126-111 Win 100 8 h 50 m Show

Atlanta at New Orleans 7:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Pelicans- On a day when basketball is an after-thought because the NFL takes the front row on Sundays. Atlanta is not expected to win any championship’s this year but we do expect them to cover at least one point spread this season. Considering that they are 0-6 ATS it is time for them to get off the schnide. The Hawks had won five straight in series but Pelicans have taken 3-of-last-5 meetings. But, New Orleans doesn’t have the offensive firepower needed to ground the Hawks as they rank near the bottom in most shooting stats. Take ATLANTA!

LA got off quick a well be in a different manor as they won the money in their first three games but they have yet to win a game as hosts going 0-3 SU and this will be their third straight home game and they finally give the fans at the ‘Dome’ something to cheer about. Take the CLIPPERS!

11-02-24 Warriors v. Rockets -4.5 127-121 Loss -109 8 h 29 m Show

Golden State at Houston 8:00 ET

Rockets (-) over Warriors- I believe that Houston has turned the corner and can be very dangerous and can beat anybody anytime. The odds-makers must feel the same way as they now are a team that has caught their attention and is being installed as stronger and stronger favorites. Golden State has won 10 straight in the series and have gone 7-3 ATS. But there is one constant factor in all of the match ups and this is the Warriors were favored in every game, seven by double-digits and they were -7, -7 and -7 in the other three. Tonight, Houston opened minus-6...-6! I understand that there is no curry buy Golden State should be used to that, cuz they are 2-0 since he went down. Maybe I am being sucked in but this number is such an anomaly compared to all other meetings. Take HOUSTON!

Minnesota at San Antonio 8:00 ET

Spurs (+) over Timberwolves- He may be the tallest man in the NBA but Victor Wambanyama has one of the best all-round games in the league. last time out against Utah he had 25 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, five blocks and five steals. Minnesota is going through a transition as their big man Towns is gone and a pair of sharp shooters are now in place. The trouble is the T’wolves now have too many players that need to have the ball to be effective as Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle have to share the ball. Take SAN ANTONIO!

10-31-24 Rockets +6.5 v. Mavs Top 108-102 Win 100 9 h 15 m Show

Houston at Dallas 8:30 ET

Rockets (+) over Mavericks- Having used the Mavericks as my Megabucks winner against Minnesota on Tuesday I have no problem coming against them here in Dallas. This will be their third game i four night in this early part of the season . Houston was also a winner for us as a Power Play over San Antonio Monday night as a small road favorite. The Mavs have won 6-of-7 and 8-of-10 meetings although the Rockets were heavy dogs in those match-ups. Both teams are different now. Take HOUSTON!

10-30-24 Magic -5 v. Bulls 99-102 Loss -115 6 h 28 m Show

Orlando at Chicago 8:00 ET

Magic (-) over Bulls- Everyone is starting to understand why the Magic selected Paolo Banchero No. 1 overall when there were so many high profile players the media was in love with. Banchero’s all-around game has him flirting with a triple-double nightly and he has led Orlando to a 3-1 start. The Magic have won and covered the last five meetings and are 8-2 ATS in the past 10 meetings. The Bulls come from 20-points down to defeat Memphis 126-123 on Monday. Not this time. Take ORLANDO!

10-30-24 Celtics v. Pacers +6.5 132-135 Win 100 5 h 29 m Show

Boston at Indiana 7:00 ET

Pacers (+) over Celtics- The league’s best, the Boston Celtics are mowing them down one at a time and enter this fray having won five straight against the Pacers including a 4-game sweep in the conference finals.Indiana is off to a slow start after defeating only Detroit in their opener squeaking out a victory with a late push for the half-point (-5.5) 115-109 win and cove. They dropped their next three the last two of which were by two buckets and need a big effort here and they get it. Take INDIANA!

10-30-24 Lakers v. Cavs -4.5 Top 110-134 Win 100 5 h 30 m Show

LA Lakers at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Cavaliers (-) over Lakers- Great storyline surrounding this match-up as a pair of undefeated ATS (4-0) clubs that are connected in so many ways starting meet for the first of two meetings this season. Starting with LeBron James and his son Bronny as the thirty-nine year old James is scoring 20-points, is still a master at dishing the ball and getting his teammates involved. He returns to Cleveland where he is 19-3 as a visitor while averaging 28.5 points. Teammate Anthony Davis leads the league in scoring with 32.8 PPG but it’s the Cavaliers that are No. 1 in field goal percentage and averaging 123.5 PPG. Tonight it’s CLEVELAND!
