2006 Capital Bowl odds are posted and show the Razorbacks as 2-point favorites over the Badgers, with a total set at 45. It’s going to be Wisconsin and Arkansas at the Citrus Bowl on New Year’s day in the anticipated Capital One Bowl.
Wisconsin’s last outing was a 35-3 beating of Buffalo, capping off a very successful 11-1 SU and 8-2 ATS season for the Badgers in what was supposed to be a down year. Tyler Donovan stepped in for the injured John Stocco, throwing for 308 yards, 2 TDs, and a pick. PJ Hill also ran for 86 yards and a TD, but the Badgers failed to cover the spread in the game. Arkansas was beat by the Florida Gators in the SEC Championship game in their last outing to finish the year at 10-2 SU and 5-6 ATS. The Hogs were a 3-point underdog and the final score went way OVER the total of 44.5. Felix Jones rushed for 88 yards and 2 TDs in the loss.
